Installations, it’s a really modern hotel

The WiFi is worse than if you are in the middle of the ocean. And could charge less in the restaurant or the coffee machine in the lobby

The room was so clean. The room was so nice and the personnel of the hotel were helpful and so kind.

It was modern and extremely clean. The rooms are small but perfectly functional with everything in you could possibly need. The shower is great!

It was fine for us but it is a 15 minute walk from the ferry which would not be suitable for some guests especially as no bus to take you and your luggage there.

Facilities decor cleanliness and standards

We had an issue with the booking and one receptionist I think the name was Claudia was very arrogant and rude handling the situation. She was there to argue with the customer instead of helping.

Clean, modern and stylish

Lots of construction noise at time of our stay (FEB 16th). No hot drink making facilities in the room.

Rooms new, clean and silent. Very kind staff. Good breakfast even if the choice could have been a little more diversified. Five minute walk to the ferry to reach the central station.

The distance into amsterdam central. The walk was about 25 minutes to the ferry and when it rained it meant we needed taxis which were about €30

Quiet, Clean, neat hub style hotel.

Not much to do, not suitable for long stays or stays with families. Adam in the kitchen is rude and arrogant and knows nothing about customer service....Makes a lot of assumptions which we know is not the right way to treat guest. Would I stay at a Yotel in the future - maybe, will I ever stay at this Yotel again - No.

Situated in a quiet neighbourhood, the room is very small but designed in a way so that you still will like it with colored light options and other features. There is a 10 minute walk to the ferry which is running 24/7 and is free, and takes you to the city center.

Great people who worked there, every single one of them was very helpful and went out of their way to make our stay most comfortable. I will definitely come back!

Are not commercial and not correctIt's OK but cash discrimation...they did not calculated clients who want to stay longer time....credit cards have weekly limits ....cash should be accepted money cards is money IS ECONOMY ..YOU are a hotel not following the rules it's all antisocial invest some money to give a job to more people

I did not like everything has to be whitout cash some people have a high limit but expl you stay 2 weeks 120 euro a week that means 1680 euro and this is not possible a hotel where you can not use cash discriminatoiin...some people has money but have no cards are limited like 500 euro a week so you look not in an commercial way and discrimination ...in otwords paying should be done in cash or card but not only ...you are loosinglot of clients ...it's even on some social ...research...very bad choice...if someone enter whit cash you refuse its very not a hotel who welcome people...because even whit lots of money you trow out it a shame and I will report...just because evee u have a credit card whit lots of money... still the most cards for regular visa is 500 to max 1000 euro a week ..like i said before you stay for a long time....you can't....i have repeated and repeated to let you know you are a hotel on pure profit no much human warmth replacement machines

Super comfortable bed, great interior design, panoramic view, self checkin/checkout.

The TV was not working, and the sink was blocked, but the overall experience was very good.

Comfortable, everything worked, plenty of chargers for everything. Location near the Van der Pek neighborhood was nice.

Design issues with the space-themed room layout: Color-wheel main LED light was gimmicky, in that what I really wanted was a normal overhead light, and none of the color settings would provide that. No place to hang your towel in the shower. Towel bar in toilet area was difficult to dry anything on. Only laundry option is expensive concierge laundry. Since Amsterdam generally doesn't have self-serve laundry facilities, this put me in a bad spot. No good table to eat a meal, which was important during the 5:00pm restaurant curfew. Issues with bicycle I rented: Coaster brake was awkward in traffic, especially getting on/off ferries Front brake on right side usually reserved for rear brake, potentially leading to over-the-handlebar accidents Gearshift misaligned, preventing me from ever using the 2nd gear Hotel branding got me targeted/bullied as a tourist.

Really comfortable room, with excellent beds. Breakfast was also very good.

Hotel is a bit too far from city center, during summer it would not disturb at all, but in november, when it was raining the whole trip it was not so comfortable walk from ferry to the hotel.
